Mentoring, at its center, and it guarantees young people that there is someone who cares about them, assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, and makes them feel like they matter. According to several research they confirms that quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on young people in a variety of personal, academic, and professional situations.

VHDC Youth Foundation believe mentoring connects a youth to personal growth and development, and help to reduce poverty through social and economic opportunity. There are several youth that grew up without a Mentor. VHDC mentor-ship program was developed to provide youth and adult with the knowledge and tools to build a solid foundation for a quality mentoring program. Each learning modules are designed and sustained quality youth mentoring program based on the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring for Leaders.

Our resources come from several motivate speakers,  one and one interaction with Law enforcement, Community Leaders, online Mentoring Resources with support learning skills and communications necessary that support positive youth outcomes.
